Top Floor Apartment

A top floor apartment in the city centre of Thessaloniki with a spacious, bright and airy living room. We equipped the flat with underfloor heating, a central, corner fire place and custom aluminium profile windows in order for the users of the property to be able to maintain internal temperatures with low levels of energy consumption. The sliding aluminium windows in the living room was the greatest challenge of the project, since the height of the window opening was at 3,00m and the total length at 9,00m. Being a top floor apartment, there was great risk with the wind pressure that could be created on specific weather conditions. Studying all available profiles with our suppliers and technical department we managed to install a secure window with easy, soft sliding mechanisms, eliminating any problem a window at this specifications would have.
