SoulSpaces Co. is an architecture-design studio and real estate developer in Pylaia, Thessaloniki. We are an experienced and energetic team of architects, engineers and developers aiming at designing & constructing lower carbon footprint building units and widely spread our passion for architecture and design to all our customers. Following our co-founder’s 30-year family business of real estate development, we founded SoulSpaces Co. to build up on the family’s building activities and open up to new segments in the sector. Apart from developing buildings, we take on renovations, design, as well as interior and architecture plans, both for residential and commercial use. Having managed to create a rich portfolio in designing residences, shops, restaurants, bars & fitness clubs, we are looking forward to recreating your space. We currently operate in Thessaloniki and Chalkidiki, but our plans include growing up the business to other cities too. Our team managed to design and will be constructing the first ever, hybrid, energy independent, residential building in Thessaloniki (Augmented living Pylaia). Between aesthetic and functionality, we aim at an inspiring journey!
